Structure & Foundations

  • Includes Timber piles on good ground on a reasonably flat site.

  • Framing and substructure is locally sourced pinus radiata, treated for durability.

  • The construction technique allows the structure to be easily moved in the future should your requirements change. A proven and robust design that meets New Zealands seismic regulations.

Cladding / Exterior

  • Coloursteel longrun profiled cladding in a range of colours with a 15 year warranty.

  • Low maintenance, thermally isolated, double glazed, energy efficient windows and exterior doors that keep the house warm and dry.

  • Fully decorated and painted using Resene paint range that is designer specified.

  • Main entrance cladding to be heat treated NZ Pine weatherboards

  • Heat treated NZ pine decking (chemical free treatment) 1200mm from entry door with 2 steps.


  • Includes all mains connection points, switchboard, hot water cylinder, and waste water plumbing within house.


  • Extra thick (140mm walls) Earthwool R3.2 wall and R4.1 roof sound absorbing insulation. Underfloor polystyrene to R1.2.

Kitchen & Appliances

  • Fully functioning, practical, NZ made kitchen that efficiently makes use of the space. Kitchen comes with 4 burner hob, built in oven, dishwasher and glass splashback. Finished with a high pressure laminate bench top, stainless steel sink, Methven Glide or similar mixer, soft close - full extension drawer runners.


  • Bathroom includes 900 x 900 acrylic and glass shower, single drawer 500mm wide vanity, mirror, towel rail with matching toliet roll holder.

  • Methven glide (or similar) shower and tapware, extractor fan, back cto wall dual flush toilet.

Floor Coverings

  • Solution dyed nylon carpet to bedroom(s)

  • Wood look luxury vinyl tiles to living spaces.

  • Designer vinyl flooring to bathroom.
